Artist notice
Before commissioning me please be aware each piece of work is experimental. I do not stick to same method to ensure the progression of my work and to continue my interest in a project. No commission piece will ever be similar.
Time Completion
Keep in mind when buying from me of the time competition. I do things a bit different compared to other artists. I am not fast, nor do I rush my work even more so with paid work. I'm a stickler for my work coming out perfect to my ideal. While I aim to impress and please my clients I also aim to do the same for myself for each piece as if it was portfolio quality. Meaning I take long on each piece. I may even restart it if I personally am displeased and this is no charge on the client. The common wait time is 6-8 months for any completed piece. Why is that? I do concept work for the final product. My work is mixed media to digital. My process takes time. If I need more time I will alert you. Queue info
Please be aware when I take on commissions I take on more than one. Most of the time, I will work oldest to newest by date of commission. I do jump around to other commissions if I feel burned out and directionless. Please do not worry, I only do so to keep myself fresh. For example, if I find a commission complicated, I may work on another between stages so I get a bit of a break, then move on back to yours. Or, some days I'd like to sketch, not ink/paint, so I may work on images that need to be sketched first. No huge delays will be done because of this. If you feel like a lot of commissions are being done before yours, feel free to note or message me expressing your concern or ask for any updates with the update policy seen below. I also have a queue that is updated! Please do not rush your order.
General Order Information
I accept commission information by email, discord, furaffinity PMs or Twitter DMs.
It is the responsibility of the commissioner to provide me with all the necessary information to complete the commission.
Payment Plans and Refunds
Payments
Payment is due up-front before any work has begun.
Payment is in USD ONLY. If you send in another currency, I will send it back and request you to pay the full USD amount.
PayPal only! No e-checks or cash.
Never send with the "friends and family" option. Please only send with "goods and services" and select "no address needed."
Please have payment/info ready within 24 hours of your commission being accepted. If payment is not provided promptly, your slot may be given up to another at my discretion.
Art is my full-time job. All payments I receive go immediately to rent, food, transportation, and medical bills. I do have to spend money almost as soon as I make it to survive, often before the commission is complete. Because of this, if there is a situation where a refund is needed, it will take a short duration of time for me to make the money to supply a refund. See below for more refund related statements.
Deadline Fees
Deadlines are not free. If you want the work completed at a certain date, you are bumping others on my queue. You must pay for a date for it to be completed and this can be discussed. This fee will depend on your commission type as well rush date. You're quality will not change. The closer the due date the higher the charge on deadline fee added to commission price.
NOTE ABOUT CHARGE BACKS
Don't. I am easy to talk to and to contact on my work days (not off days because I am unavailable). If I find that you charged me back on me on PayPal with no warning or discussion on an issue with the commission process, I will dispute the claim, and if it is a large amount I will pursue legal action. I will also make a commissioner's beware about you with screenshots provided so others will not have to be put in to the situation. You will be IMMEDIATELY blacklisted and blocked from all of my accounts and from my business.
~ This goes for scamming, charging me back after work has been completed.
~ Charging me back without warning during the process.
~Using a charge back as a threat to rush your order over my queue. If the charge back is done as a threat I will refund and blacklist you from any future business.

1.What I will and will not draw
The only things I stay away from is:
- hyper of any kind
- zoophilia/nsfw feral work
- lolicon and shoutacon (no pedophilia)
- scat/watersport
- incest
- Necrophilia
- IRL accurate animal genitals on anthro/furry ocs
- no racism
- Or just ask if you’re unsure
2.General rules
- I will not draw/color in another artists’ style
- I take paypal only, usd currency only, and payment is expected upfront. If payment is not met within 24 hours your slot will be given to someone else or canceled.
- I will do minor edits on a commission only if the errors are my fault. I will not do your commission all over again. Make sure all your information in the email is correct. Asking for edits once that information was not given I will charge you $20 per edit.
- Do not edit/color my work even if you’ve commissioned me You will be black listed.
- All art delivered is final. I do not allow customers to make their own edits, or pay another artist to do so. If so, you will be black listed.
- I have every right to refuse your commission for whatever reason.
3.Refund policies
- Refunds are given up until your work is in the color stage. Once the art is done you can not get a refund. If the art is partially done you will get partial refund on what was not done before the color stage. Once the color stage has been started cancellation or a refund is not possible.
- If it is a sketch or some thing with out color once it is done it is done, refunds can not be given. If the art is partially done due to you canceling, you will get partial refund on what was not done before the color stage. Once the color stage has been started cancellation or a refund is not possible.
- If I decide to refund, you get your money back in full.
4. Adult Commissions
- You must be 18+ to order any fetish, porn, or general adult art from me. If I find out you're not 18+ I will ban/block you from my page as well as permanently banned from commissioning me.
5. Wip request
- To get a wip request your purchase must be $65+.
- Cannot be colored by another artist or the commissioner. Usually when sketch commissions are offered there is usually a follow up for me to color them if the client wants the sketch colored. If you go against this term I will block and ban you from commissioning me in the future.
7.Copyright of commissions made
- I retain full commercial and distribution rights on any image I produce. In no way or form am I claiming the characters. If you want rights for the artwork entirely. Please email me and I will quote you and we can work out a payment plan and agreements in writing.
- This means I am able to make prints, digital portfolios, CDs ect. The commissioner may use the commission image at any size as they please FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY. I include a web friendly resolution that I prefer that the customer uploads.
- Personal use excludes any and all commercial purposes (logos, SecondLife mag use, selling their own prints). No profit is to be made off the image you buy from me. If posted online, I require being listed as the creator and I would prefer a link back to any of my galleries.
- Alterations to the image are NOT ALLOWED without my written consent. If so you are black listed and I cannot work with you in the future.
8. Contact?
- Once you have made your purchase keep in mind you are not the only one who has purchased from me. I also do not like to rush my work so I can give you the best of my ability. Keep contact down to monthly about commissions. Not weekly. Keep your eye out on my public queue as well which can be found [here] before emailing me.
If my contact terms are repetitively broken you will be fully refunded and black listed.
Please keep in mind I take bulk commissions and that you are not the only one on queue

If you do not abide by these terms you reserve the right to not commission me. If you violate any of the terms listed above you will be refunded, blacklisted, and blocked from all of my accounts of business.
